With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for as a Kids Only Manager to join our Sports &Leisure team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for the club by facilitating and managing all children’s and teens’ programs and the facility operation. The manager will oversee all staff for the area and be responsible for ensuring the program is offered to a defined standard of quality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities     

• Provides guest service through positive interaction with parents, children and teens and responds to their needs for information and any complaints, conveys an interest in families need for service and amenities.
• Ensure club program and logistics run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate and supervise quality programs for guests and related facilities.
• Promote strong inter-departmental relations and liaises with other department heads as needed.
• Facilitates ongoing training and development of staff.
• Oversees preparation of roster and payroll and supervises implementation of duties by the organizers.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies and re-orders as required.
• Works with and maintains relationships with Kids Only Agent.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• A degree in Education, Recreation, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required, and additional European language will be highly regarded in this role.
• Ability to effectively supervise and manage people and resources.
• Good organizational skills.
• Understands and enjoys working with children.
• Computer Literate

• Skilled in areas of guest service and guest relations
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to interact and build rapport with guests of all ages.
