Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, serving as their main contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
  • Identify and connect with potential distributors, conducting market research to evaluate suitability based on company standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and training resources for distributors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, distributor feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Organize regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations to enhance distributor knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of distributor-related issues.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, detailing distributor performance, market conditions, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities that may impact distributor relationships and performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to establish new contacts and strengthen existing distributor relationships.
  • This role also includes any additional duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Manager as appropriate.
  • Compliance with the company’s Quality Integrated Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems is essential, alongside implementing best safety practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
