Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Retail Excellence Manager MEA as part of our dynamic Retail Excellence & Training Team.
How you will contribute
- Implement technical training programs for all the different targets in scope (Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs) in the assigned area
- Execute training programs through different types of formats (classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, webinar, etc.)
- Being able to collaborate with various sales channels, understanding the business model of different kind of clients and defining the most effective training strategy for each one
- Ensure local customization of the training materials provided by HQ according to the specific market’s needs
- Provide support during local Sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections’ presentation
- Being able to perform efficient store visits in line with the key channel’s priorities and objectives, also monitoring competitors
- Being able to analyze the most important KPIs to measure training relevance and effectiveness
- Control and monitor the travel budget to ensure most cost effectiveness
- Be curious and proactive in searching new and efficient training solutions and methodologies
- Understand Brands’ business model and objectives, with a major focus on Brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features and technicalities
Who you are
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experiences in Optical Industry as a must
- Excellent training contents creation and good level of copywriting
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic Levantine or Egyptian)
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Power Point expertise
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods
- Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, committed to teamwork
- Strong team player and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
- Open to travel 60% of time in MEA Region
