We are looking for a motivated Junior Tech Support Engineer to join our dynamic team, supporting both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computer networking, possess a UAE driving license, and be fluent in Arabic to facilitate smooth collaboration with the Saudi team. This role involves up to 10% travel across the UAE and KSA, ensuring smooth technical operations and resolving technical issues.y6



Job Description

Provide technical support for internal systems and networks, ensuring high levels of availability and performance.


- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.


- Support UAE and KSA teams with on-site and remote assistance for IT infrastructure and applications.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems.


- Assist with system upgrades, installations, and new deployments across UAE and KSA offices.


- Provide regular maintenance for all hardware and software systems.


- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.


- Communicate effectively with team members in Arabic and English.


- Participate in technical training to stay current with industry trends and tools.



Qualifications

BSc in computer science or equivalent experience


 A minimum of 4 years experience


Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


UAE driving license


Fluent in Arabic and English


Customer-focused with a proactive attitude


Excellent communication skills
