We are looking for a Junior Strategy Associate to join our team and focus on Corporate strategy, M&A and Transformation. The candidate will support in developing strategic plans. In addition, identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and development of the Group. The successful candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving skills and analytical skills. And be able to work as part of a team. Given the demands of such an accelerated role, you need to have an analytical mindset and be skilled in of the main areas of responsibility of the Corporate development Office. The work of the Junior Strategy Associate should help the Group CEO and Business unit leaders to take bold and transformative steps considering the customer and market dynamics, by helping them to:
Facilitate the execution of Transformation and Integration projects
Improve operational performance, drive value-creation, synergies, and integration post-transactions
Responsibilities:
Support in developing and implementing corporate strategies, M&A and transformation plans
Analyze and evaluate market trends and opportunities
Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities
Monitor and report on progress of strategic plans
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
RequirementsPersonal Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
