About the location:
What you will do
Assist Pastry Sous Chef in managing daily pastry kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality output.
Prepare and produce a variety of pastry items, including desserts, bread, and confectionery, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise and train pastry team members, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining consistent culinary standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of pastry items for various dining outlets and events.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as proper equipment usage and maintenance.
What you bring
Strong foundation in classic and contemporary pastry techniques, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
Proven experience in a high-volume, luxury hotel pastry kitchen environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, promoting collaboration and maintaining a professional, positive work environment.
Fluency in the English language, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with team.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction, continually striving for excellence in the culinary field.
