Your Day to Day
Are you a culinary enthusiast with a flair for creativity and a love for whipping up delicious dishes? We're on the hunt for a vibrant and energetic Junior Sous Chef to join our lively kitchen gang!
As our Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Sous Chef and Executive Chef, helping to orchestrate a symphony of flavors in the kitchen. You’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring that every dish leaving our kitchen is a masterpiece of taste and presentation.
From overseeing the prep and keeping our kitchen spotless to managing inventory like a pro, you'll be a key player in making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have the chance to mentor and inspire junior team members, putting your own creative stamp on our menu and upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
What we need from you

We're looking for someone who’s not just good with a spatula but also has a burning passion for all things food!
If you have a solid foundation in cooking techniques, a creative streak that can turn everyday ingredients into culinary magic, and an eagle eye for detail, you might be the chef of our dreams!
You should have 2-3 years of experience whipping up delicious dishes in a similar role, a deep love for exploring different cuisines, and the cool composure to handle the heat of a busy kitchen.
We need a kitchen wizard who can communicate effortlessly, bring positive vibes, and is genuinely passionate about delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
