As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:


  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the All-Day Dining and IRD kitchens
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for both All Day Dining and IRD menus
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene across both kitchen sections, maintaining a high standard of food safety
  • Collaborate with other kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours
  • Help in menu planning, development, and updates based on guest feedback, seasonal ingredients, and market trends
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and ensuring proper stock rotation for both All Day Dining and IRD
  • Handle special dietary requests, guest preferences, and ensure guest satisfaction with the culinary offerings
  • Provide training, mentorship, and feedback to junior kitchen staff to promote professional development and high standards
  • Monitor kitchen cleanliness and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Work closely with the Front-of-House team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of IRD orders and All-Day Dining services

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:


  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in both All Day Dining and In-Room Dining settings
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, especially in all-day dining and room service menu execution
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior kitchen staff
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards under pressure
