Take over a key role as a Junior Social Media Executive inthe Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
You will be responsible for managing and growing Justlife's social media presence across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role focuses on creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, influencer marketing, photo/video shooting and driving brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and influencer marketing. They will assist in coordinating photo and video shoots, manage influencer partnerships, and track social media performance. With a blend of creativity, organization, and strategic thinking, the Junior Social Media Executive will play a key role in enhancing Justlife's social media strategy and contributing to overall brand growth.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow Justlife’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and engagement across all platforms
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate creative and engaging content for each social media platform, ensuring that all posts are aligned with the brand's voice and tone
- Influencer Marketing: Identify relevant influencers, managing collaborations, and ensuring that influencer campaigns are aligned with the brand’s goals and values
- Shoot Coordination: Assist in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of photo and video shoots for social media content, ensuring that visuals align with the overall brand identity
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and influencer collaborations, providing insights for optimization and growth
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media, and adapt strategies to remain relevant and innovative
- Occasional Content Management Support: Assist with content management tasks to ensure consistency and alignment across platforms as needed
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, communications or marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience with social media marketing, influencer marketing, creative copywriting, partnership management, and production project oversight
- Familiarity with Social Media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in startup, tech, app, or e-commerce environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented approach
- Experience with Arabic content writing and proofing (nice to have)
- Familiarity with the home services industry (nice to have but can be learned on the job)
