Commercial - United Arab Emirates, AE - Full time - 964 The Junior Project Manager - Bakeries & Speciality is one of the crucial and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. With a very ambitious plan to conquer the MENA region’s Q-commerce market, the Junior Project Manager is one of the first points of contact with our valued partners, the shops. The Junior Project Manager holds the responsibility of selecting and sealing partnerships with shops operating within the new businesses space, alongside monitoring and maintaining shop performance. Primary responsibilities ● Identify process gaps & help improve the partner experience InstaShop, headquartered in Dubai, is the leading online marketplace for supermarkets, pharmacies, pet shops & other businesses in the MENA region. With a young & motivated team, and an office resembling the ones of startups in San Francisco, InstaShop is the right company for individuals passionate about adding value within a fast-growing technology company.
● Extend the network of affiliate shops
● Negotiate commercial agreements with potential partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions
● Build and maintain a comprehensive database of shops and contacts
● Build & maintain relationships with partner shop’s managers & staff
● Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch of shops on the platform in a timely manner
● Monitor and track partner shop performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and fulfillment accuracy
● Ensure a healthy variety of standalone, small chains & big chain shops on the marketplace
● Monitor and maintain accurate product assortments of partner shops
● Liaise with campaigns team & shops to replicate offline campaigns on the platform
● Provide insights to shops to run suitable exclusive campaigns
● To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
● Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders
● Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
● Commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities and trends
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
● Passion for business development and the q-commerce space
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
