Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Media Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital and media marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with senior marketing professionals to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing media marketing strategies that align with business goals.
2. Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
3. Collaborate with the team to produce visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
4. Analyze campaign performance data to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement.
5. Managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and emerging media platforms.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely execution of campaigns.
8. Support the development and management of email marketing campaigns.
9. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and media channels.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in media marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or related roles (internships or entry-level experience is acceptable).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Available to work in office or hybrid.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
Experience with video editing and content creation.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
