As a Junior Landscape Architect at KODA, you’ll support our design team in developing creative, environmentally responsive, and functional landscape solutions tailored to educational settings. Working closely with senior architects and project leaders, you’ll assist in transforming concepts into reality through detailed planning, research, and creative problem-solving. This role provides an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and develop a strong foundation in landscape architecture, particularly in educational design.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Senior Landscape Architect to develop project design concepts, providing input on design strategies and helping refine project details.
· Work on Educational Projects that align with KODA’s mission to create innovative, adaptable, and sustainable learning spaces.
· Assist in Preparing Design Documents: Develop and refine site plans, planting plans, 3D models, and other technical drawings to support project presentations and client meetings.
· Conduct Site Analysis and Research: Gather information on site conditions, environmental factors, and zoning requirements to inform design decisions.
· Prepare Graphics, Presentations, and Models to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
· Support Project Management Tasks, including tracking project schedules, assisting with budget planning, and ensuring documentation is current and accurate.
· Participate in Client Meetings and Site Visits as needed, supporting senior staff in addressing client needs and adapting designs based on feedback.
