Job Purpose:
To support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role is part of our Emirati talent development program, aimed at nurturing UAE Nationals into future HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding documentation).
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Support in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Assist in managing employee relations, responding to basic employee queries and escalating when necessary.
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
Support payroll and benefits administration activities under guidance.
Help in organizing internal HR events and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of HR experience (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
