Job Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and experienced Jr. Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the creation of compelling visuals and designs across the Group and its subsidiary companies that align with our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sr. Creative Lead and must have a strong background in creative design, branding and digital media, with a proven track record of designing successful integrated campaigns and design frameworks. This role requires an organized, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and deliver high-quality creative solutions. This role requires daily work with other graphic designers, copywriters, web designers, performance, and marketing team members as well as external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events attended or hosted by the Group or its subsidiaries with a focus on the creation of promotional merchandise, adverts, flyers, stage design, pre and post event marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Support the Sr. Creative Lead in executing branding projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for use across various platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into projects.
- Take part in brainstorming meetings with the marketing team for new activations and future promotions.
- Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Role Specific Skills:
- Design and Layout Creation: Develop visually appealing layouts for all marketing and promotional collateral according to brand standards for both online and print, among which include company logos, illustrations, brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards, newsletters, presentations, sales kits and others. Ensure designs are optimized for each platform's specifications and meet accessibility standards.
- Brand Consistency & Brand Ownership: Support the Sr. Creative Lead in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, and physical assets) by following brand guidelines closely and proposing improvements when necessary.
- Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work with design teams of other brands within the Group and its subsidiaries, providing guidance and ensuring visual consistency across all marketing assets and digital platforms.
- Brand Evolution: Support the Sr. Creative Lead in continuously evolving the Group and its subsidiaries brands visual identity to remain fresh, relevant, and in line with emerging trends in design, technology, and user experience.
- Basic Video Editing: Assist in creating short video edits and animations for social media channels. This may include paid ad campaigns, GIFs for newsletters, or simple animations for the website.
- Content Refresh and Update: Help refresh designs for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives requiring updated visuals while ensuring a consistent brand message.
- Project Coordination: Work with digital and marketing teams to understand project requirements, deadlines, and objectives. Track multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines effectively.
- Feedback Implementation: Act on feedback from the Sr. Creative Lead, Group Marketing Director and other team members to refine and improve designs. Make revisions based on team and client input, ensuring that all assets meet quality standards.
- Documentation and Archiving: Organize, document, and archive completed digital projects and assets. Ensure the asset library is easy to navigate and up to date for seamless future access by the team.
- Support in Design Research: Conduct research on design trends, competitor campaigns, and visual communication strategies to provide inspiration and innovative ideas for future projects.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues with digital assets, such as resolution or formatting problems, before they are published.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism or other fields.
- Master’s degree in art or graphic design.
Additional Information
Experience:
Minimum:
- 2-3 years experience in graphic design and creative development.
- Experience working in a client-side role with a foundation of hands-on, applicable experience.
Desired:
- 3+ years’ experience in graphic design and creative development.
- Experience working in an advertising agency across multiple brands and industries.
