Job Summary: As a Junior Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial analysis and reporting needs. Your work will involve consolidating and analyzing financial data, assisting with financial planning, and ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in budget preparation and management.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide insights on financial performance.
• Support senior analysts in data collection and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial documents.
• Monitoring financial performance
• Supporting monthly and quarterly business metric reporting.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
• Consolidating and analyzing financial data.
• Assisting with financial planning and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business analytical abilities and attention to detail.
