Junior Accountant - Receivables & Reconciliation
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist in managing receivables, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring timely collections from corporate and individual clients.
Qualifications:
• 4-5 Years of accounting experience, specifically in receivables management & Reconciliation.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, & Excellent in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, collections, and commission tracking.
• High attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of financial transactions.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in posting and reconciling receivables transactions.
• Follow up with corporate clients on outstanding balances.
• Ensure allocating received payments, issued invoices and bank transactions.
• Support the Senior Accountant in preparing reconciliation reports for commission payments.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies in receivables accounts.
• Prepare statements of accounts and escalate overdue payments when necessary.

• Process Improvement & Efficiency – Identifying areas of inefficiency in financial processes and suggesting improvements to enhance performance.
