As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will work along the HR Business Partners team to align people strategy with business objectives. You will advocate for both the employees and the company ensuring that People practices are integrated with the company’s goals and values. You’ll assist in various People functions, including employee relations, talent development, and performance management, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive business success.
Assisting in executing People strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding People related matters, such as talent management, performance evaluation process, development planning, internal transfers, terminations, and employee engagement
Supporting employee relations by addressing grievances to foster positive employee relations and build a positive work culture, and ensuring adherence to People policies
Conducting regular check-ins with employees and managers to identify needs and suggest appropriate HR actions
Analyzing and tracking key People metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction rate to suggest areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Assisting in identifying training and development needs to upskill the team members and drive employee career progression
Participating in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR related role, preferably in employee relations, talent management, or general People support
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
