Position: IT Trainer (Microsoft Certified)
Role:
The IT Trainer will be responsible
for:
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter
experts (IT platform owners – IT, HR, Finance, etc.) to develop and update
training materials tailored to organizational needs, with a special focus on
collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Share-Drive, and OneDrive. •
Advanced knowledge of IT platforms, particularly Office 365, with a strong
focus on Microsoft Teams, ShareDrive, and OneDrive.
• Expertise in identifying gaps in IT
tool usage and developing targeted training solutions to address these.
• Provide end-user training on
Microsoft Teams for effective communication, collaboration, and file-sharing
across the company.
• Design and create engaging training
content, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, utilizing adult
learning principles.
• Deliver training programs in
various formats, including classroom sessions, online modules, and hands-on
workshops and maintain the relevant documents.
• Assess the effectiveness of
training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, as
well as platform utilization reports.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and
technologies in IT and soft skills to continuously enhance training content.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of
training materials, resources, and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer
science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5-8 years
as an IT Trainer, with a focus on technical skills development.
Proficiency in instructional
design, incorporating interactive elements and assessments to optimize learning
outcomes.
Exceptional communication and
facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
for diverse audiences.
Strong presentation skills with the
ability to engage participants across different training formats.
Professional certifications in
training or IT-related fields are highly desirable.
Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and results orientation skills.
Experience with creating e-learning
content and utilizing modern learning management systems (LMS) will be
preferable.
Ability to travel within the UAE,
GCC, and internationally for training delivery and effectiveness measurement.
Strong project management skills,
capable of handling multiple training projects simultaneously.
Salary budget: AED 10,000 to 12000 pm with benefits for self only
(visa, medical, air tickets)

Location: Open to looking for candidates currently based in UAE or India (face
to face interview will be mandatory for evaluating delivery skills).
