IT Systems and Networking manager

The IT Systems and Networking Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for the comprehensive management of our IT infrastructure. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency and leadership skills to ensure that our systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the business. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in IT systems management, particularly in cyber and network security, and will have a solid understanding of the technological needs within the real estate sector. The manager will lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring seamless operation and security of all systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and enhance the network infrastructure, ensuring optimal LAN and WAN configurations.
2. Develop and implement robust security protocols to safeguard network systems and sensitive data.
3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot various hardware and software components effectively.
4. Administer and manage Office 365 services, providing support to end-users as needed.
5. Deliver technical support and assistance to employees for a range of IT-related challenges.
6. Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures across the organization.
7. Work collaboratively with other IT team members to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
8. Conduct regular assessments of network performance and security vulnerabilities.
9. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
10. Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in IT and cybersecurity to enhance organizational practices.
