Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support role.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of systems and networks.
Document and update IT procedures and guidelines.
