Key Responsibilities:
Assist
in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Provide
technical support to staff and users, resolving IT-related inquiries
Help
with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and
equipment
Support
network management, including monitoring and troubleshooting connectivity
issues
Assist
in maintaining and updating documentation for IT processes and systems
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed
Learn
about cybersecurity best practices and assist in implementing them
Requirements
Basic
understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills
Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability
to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus
Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles is a bonus
