Our client is a prominent player in Retail, manufacturing & hospitality industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products/services to our clients.


We are seeking an IT Coordinator/ Technical Support Expert for their HQ office in Ajman.


Job Title: IT Coordinator


Job Purpose: We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Coordinator to oversee and maintain our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of IT systems and collaborate with other departments to improve IT processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Install, configure, and update IT systems and applications.
  • Manage system backups and recovery processes.
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve IT-related issues promptly, either in person, remotely, or through escalation.
  • Document and track support requests.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure security measures are in place.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve system security.
  • Serve as the liaison between IT vendors, service providers, and the organization.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT projects to meet business objectives.
  • Train staff on new software, tools, and cybersecurity practices were required.
  • Oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate reports on IT performance metrics, incidents, and usage trends.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Coordinator, System Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with IT frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
