What are we looking?

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Associate I Sales Consultant I Sales Partner I UAE Business Partner I Global Sales Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on the IT industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector, including software development, IT consulting, and managed services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and win/loss ratios.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • Have a good understanding of bidding on platforms like Upwork to secure relevant projects and opportunities for the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time I Part-Time

Salary: On profit sharing or commission basis initially 12 months and after that, salary + incentive + company shares too.
