Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
2. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
3. Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
4. Help maintain network security, including firewall management and antivirus updates.
5. Assist in the management of IT inventory, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
6. Participate in IT projects, providing support as needed.
7. Perform routine system backups and data recovery.
8. Document IT processes and procedures.
RequirementsQualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
