IOT ARCHITECT

We are seeking an experienced IoT Consultant to provide expert advice, knowledge, and implementation across a wide range of IoT-related domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IoT platforms, technologies, and frameworks, as well as the ability to design, architect, and implement scalable, secure IoT solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IoT Platforms and Technologies:
   • Provide expertise in IoT platforms, including sensor devices, gateways, communication protocols, and IoT frameworks.
2. IoT Solution Design and Architecture:
   • Design and architect scalable and secure IoT solutions tailored to client requirements.
3. Cloud Integration:
   • Integrate IoT systems with cloud platforms, with a specific focus on Azure IoT.
4. Edge Computing and Analytics:
   • Implement edge computing and analytics solutions for real-time data processing and decision-making.
5. IoT Data Management and Storage:
   • Offer knowledge on IoT data management and storage, including databases, data lakes, and streaming platforms.
6. IoT Security:
   • Apply IoT security principles and best practices, including device authentication, encryption, and secure data transmission.
7. Large-Scale IoT Architectures:
   • Design IoT architectures capable of handling large-scale deployments and high data volumes.
8. IoT Analytics Solutions:
   • Design and implement IoT analytics solutions to extract actionable insights from sensor data.
9. IoT Connectivity Options:
   • Provide expertise in IoT connectivity options, including cellular networks, Wi-Fi, and LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network).
10. Enterprise System Integration:
    • Facilitate IoT integration with enterprise systems and applications, such as ERP, CRM, and supply chain management.
11. Data Visualization and Dashboards:
    • Utilize IoT data visualization and dashboarding tools for effective presentation of IoT insights.
12. Emerging IoT Technologies:
    • Stay updated on emerging IoT technologies and standards, such as edge AI, digital twins, and MQTT, and implement relevant solutions.
13. Project Management:
    • Oversee IoT project management tasks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IoT solution design, implementation, and management.
• Strong knowledge of Azure IoT and other cloud platforms.
• Expertise in IoT communication protocols, data management, and analytics.
• In-depth understanding of IoT security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IoT integration into enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with emerging IoT technologies and trends.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in IoT or related technologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboarding platforms.
