Overview of the role
Investment Manager will be responsible for leading financial analysis and strategic evaluation of acquisitions, development project feasibility, valuations, and master plan feasibility for the Real Estate Group. The role entails managing and owning comprehensive feasibility and valuation models, ensuring rigorous governance, secure custody, and timely updates of investment reports and financial analysis. Additionally, the Investment Manager will contribute to developing funding models and management KPIs, providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making and drive sustainable growth.
