Job Responsibilities
Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
Plan a quarter Cycle count and Stock count for all customers to be covered yearly.
Manage inventory team on each facility and plan the counts with warehouse managers.
Do system reconciliation and adjust the stock accordingly.
Track customer inventory accuracy on daily basis.
ABC analysis for customer stock.
Provide solution to customers to optimize stock turnover.
Plan for stock consolidation to optimize the space.
Plan for stock movements between the facilities.
Do a quarterly report to the customers on non-moving stock.
Create a Tool to monitor the inventory accuracy for all customers.
Investigate on stock discrepancies and provide action plan with the team to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Manage stock adjustment on warehouse management system.
Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes.
Job Requirements (Experience and education)
Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
Very strong communication skills.
Strong math and analytical skills.
minimum 2 years experience in inventory control.
Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports.
Have a working knowledge of warehouse management software systems.
Have excellent knowledge of forecasting and data analysis.
