Hands on financial reporting responsibilities for multiple international entities, including monthly, quarterly and annual close, audit oversight and cash forecasting. Coordinate with international accountants, managers, outside accountants and corporate team for compliance, reporting and banking matters
Work with international accounting firms and Enterprise personnel to complete all accounting transactions and financial statements for local GAAP compliance
Work with outside accounting firms and international personnel to complete audit and statutory reporting and tax filing requirements, including Transfer Pricing and benchmark analysis oversight
Oversees the development and accounting for Transfer Pricing policies and intercompany balances activities
Assist in establishing new international entities
Assist Treasury in set up and monitoring of international bank accounts, including bank balances
Experience / Education
BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field
8+ years accounting experience with broad G/L, intercompany, joint venture and international accounting experience required
Large international company and public accounting firm experience preferred
Expertise with both US GAAP and IFRS
Working with international subsidiaries
Understanding of VAT, Consumption tax, GRT, and international corporate income tax
Experience working with HR Mobility and related tax requirements
Ability to communicate well and work with both international and domestic personnel
Aware of topics associated with setting up and administering foreign operations from a multinational organization perspective
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience with Transfer Pricing and Benchmark process
CPA or international equivalent
Experience with multi-currency
Construction industry experience, preferably in US Federal government contracting
