With over 4,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates 200+ locations across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, and runs its engineering hub in Krakow, Poland, its robotics hub in Denmark, and its global customer experience center in Dubai, UAE. + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including requisition approval, briefing hiring managers, job posting, sourcing candidates, application review, screening, interview strategy, and offer management.
+ Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified and prospective candidates for the functional areas you support, focusing on former strong candidates and new talent.
+ Collaborate closely with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and job openings, fostering a collaborative and seamless hiring process.
+ Effectively utilize recruitment systems, ensuring accurate documentation of key actions, data integrity for reporting, and recommending improvements for efficiency.
+ Leverage a variety of advertising resources and candidate marketing strategies to raise local and regional awareness, attracting top talent for the roles within your responsibility.
+ Review the current interview process, offering fresh ideas and innovative formats to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
+ Support additional initiatives and projects within the People Team as needed.
+ A Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field (HR, Business, Psychology, etc.).
+ A passion for the food industry and the startup environment.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
