What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including requisition approval, briefing hiring managers, job posting, sourcing candidates, application review, screening, interview strategy, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified and prospective candidates for the functional areas you support, focusing on former strong candidates and new talent.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and job openings, fostering a collaborative and seamless hiring process.
- Effectively utilize recruitment systems, ensuring accurate documentation of key actions, data integrity for reporting, and recommending improvements for efficiency.
- Leverage a variety of advertising resources and candidate marketing strategies to raise local and regional awareness, attracting top talent for the roles within your responsibility.
- Review the current interview process, offering fresh ideas and innovative formats to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
- Support additional initiatives and projects within the People Team as needed.
What Are We Looking For?
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field (HR, Business, Psychology, etc.).
- A passion for the food industry and the startup environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
