About the Role:


An opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Management & Business Intelligence Intern to join our Regional Operations Team in Jumeirah Group.  


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


  • Assist in gathering and putting revenue-related information into the company’s financial systems under supervision.
  • Assist in analyzing revenue streams and identifying trends, patterns, and discrepancies. 
  • Help prepare revenue reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries. 
  • Support colleagues with the billing and invoicing process by ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients. 
  • Assist in reconciling revenue accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved. 
  • Support in managing customer accounts, including tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts.

About you:


The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications and experience:


  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs 
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI and Qliksense
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly. 
  • Proactive Attitude Towards Problem-Solving and Learning. 
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
