Responsibilities of this role:Job Purpose: We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic recruitment team as an intern. If you're passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and screening potential candidates for various roles. End-to-End Recruitment Support: Participate in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to handover to onboarding. Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members on recruitment initiatives and special projects. Process Improvement: Provide support in enhancing recruitment strategies and processes. Exposure to Recruitment Tools: Learn and utilise recruitment systems and platforms to manage candidate data.About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: UAE National as per government requirements Passion for HR and Recruitment, a genuine interest in human resources and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to stay organised and managing multiple tasks effectively. Ability to collaborate with a diverse team in a dynamic work environment.
