About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional to support our business initiatives across EMEA and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach. What You’ll Be DoingAccount Development: Identify and nurture major accounts in key markets within EMEA, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients. Contribute to account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client engagement.TradFi Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities. Utilize existing networks to build strong alliances and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product, to develop strategies that adhere to regulatory requirements and align with business goals and customer needs. What We Look For In YouStrong verbal and written communication skills, to liaise with external customers and stakeholders in the EMEA market.Experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of local crypto regulations and a proven record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results and contributing to business growth.Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for business development.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
