Innovation and Growth Initiative Intern

Help AG is looking for a dynamic Innovation and Growth Initiative Intern who will work directly under the guidance of the Senior Director of Innovation and Growth Initiatives, supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing brand positioning, fostering innovation, and driving market leadership. This role is ideal for a dynamic, tech-savvy individual with a passion for innovation, a knack for storytelling, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of innovative growth initiatives.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and market trends, particularly in AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to the implementation of innovative ideas.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on market expansion strategies.
• Help craft compelling narratives around the company’s use of innovative technologies.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, pitches, and other communication materials that articulate the strategic vision to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of content for thought leadership, including blogs, articles, and social media posts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation.
• Support the Senior Director in engaging with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and industry leaders.
• Help manage communication and coordination with external partners for innovation-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to research and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and emerging technologies is a plus.
