About Wear That



Wear That is a leading personal styling service, designed to empower women through fashion. We’re passionate about making styling accessible and creating personalized experiences for our customers. As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer and Community Manager to lead our influencer partnerships, events, and community engagement initiatives. This role is pivotal to expanding Wear That’s presence both locally and internationally, with a focus on driving brand awareness, building community, and fostering deeper connections with our audience.

Role Overview



The Influencer, PR & Community Manager will drive Wear That’s brand presence by executing high-impact influencer collaborations, PR initiatives, and community-building strategies. This role blends creativity, strategic execution, and relationship-building to amplify Wear That’s unique style DNA while growing its engaged audience both locally and internationally.
Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for curating impactful influencer partnerships, organizing brand events, leading PR efforts, and expanding Wear That’s brand community through compelling storytelling and engagement strategies. Your success will be measured by audience growth, brand sentiment, campaign performance, and the expansion of influencer-driven sales and community impact.

What you will do



Influencer & Ambassador Strategy



Identify and segment influencers (macro, micro, nano) and brand ambassadors aligned with Wear That’s style identity. Develop and execute collaboration types, including UGC campaigns, ambassador programs, exclusive capsule collections, and event-based activations (e.g., Ramadan, seasonal campaigns). Oversee influencer relationship management, contract negotiations, and campaign execution while ensuring adherence to Wear That’s brand aesthetic and values. Optimize influencer-driven customer acquisition by incorporating performance-based models and affiliate partnerships. Work cross-functionally with Tech & Ops teams to build a seamless and high-impact influencer journey from onboarding to collaboration execution. Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign ROI, engagement rates, and customer acquisition impact.

PR & Communications



Build and manage relationships with key media outlets, fashion editors, and industry insiders to enhance Wear That’s press visibility. Secure press placements, editorial features, and influencer-driven earned media in key fashion and lifestyle publications. Monitor brand reputation and handle crisis communication when necessary. Develop compelling brand narratives that can be amplified across owned media channels (website, email, blog, social media) and through influencer partnerships.

Capsule Collections & Collaborations



Partner with influencers, stylists, and creative teams to launch exclusive private label collaborations (e.g., Jessie Blue). Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure capsule collections align with Wear That’s brand ethos and market demand. Drive influencer-led collection launches through strategic storytelling, PR campaigns, and influencer seeding initiatives.

Community Growth & Engagement



Build and nurture Wear That’s digital and in-person community through interactive activations, styling insights, and user-generated content campaigns. Leverage styling expertise to engage audiences across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp groups, and offline activations. Develop a brand ambassador program that incentivizes loyal customers and power users to organically promote Wear That. Expand Wear That’s community presence in key international markets, ensuring influencer campaigns and events reflect regional fashion preferences.

Event Planning & Execution



Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Wear That’s brand events, from exclusive styling sessions to large-scale influencer gatherings. Ensure events translate Wear That’s styling philosophy and brand aesthetic into immersive, memorable experiences that drive both engagement and sales. Track event performance using key metrics, including attendance, media coverage, and post-event customer conversion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Influencer & Ambassador Growth: Number of influencer collaborations, reach, engagement, and content generated. Community Engagement: Growth in active participation, UGC submissions, and engagement rates across digital and offline touchpoints. PR & Brand Awareness: Media coverage, press mentions, and share of voice in key fashion & lifestyle publications. Event ROI: Attendance rates, media impressions, influencer participation, and post-event sales uplift. Private Label Impact: Performance of capsule collections (sales, engagement, influencer-driven reach, and customer feedback). International Expansion: Growth in audience and engagement from key international markets. Brand Sentiment & Equity: Measured through brand perception studies, social listening, and audience sentiment analysis.

Key Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile



Experience in Influencer, PR & Community Management: 5 years in influencer marketing, PR, event management, or community-building roles within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries. Arabic speaking Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to engage and negotiate with influencers, media, and brand stakeholders. Data-Driven & ROI-Focused: Experience analyzing campaign performance, optimizing influencer partnerships, and measuring community impact. Passion for Fashion & Community Growth: Deep understanding of fashion trends, styling, and the power of organic brand advocacy. Omnichannel Engagement Expertise: Proven experience in managing communities across social media, WhatsApp, and offline activations. International Perspective: Prior experience growing brands across multiple markets, with an understanding of local culture and fashion dynamics.
