They are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Sales Manager to drive their influencer marketing initiatives and enhance brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote influencer marketing services to new and existing clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored influencer marketing solutions.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with influencers across various platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers to inform sales strategies and offerings.
• Campaign Management: Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with branding and messaging strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong network of influencer contacts and knowledge of various social media platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
