Influencer Marketing Manager

Overview



As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with our company's brand objectives and drive audience engagement. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our brand's reach, building strategic relationships, and boosting overall campaign performance.

Primary Responsibilities



Influencer Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand’s vision and objectives.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with key influencers across various social media platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with company messaging and target demographics. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Contract Negotiation & Administration: Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and payment processes to facilitate seamless partnerships.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports and actionable insights for internal teams to inform future strategies.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and manage influencer events from A-Z, including event concept development, logistics, guest coordination, and post-event follow-up to maximize brand engagement and influencer participation.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging social media enhancements, and influencer marketing best practices to integrate into campaign planning.

Requirements



● Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience with at least 1-2 years focused on Influencer Marketing.
● Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
● Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
● Self-motivated with a positive attitude, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
● Enthusiastic, innovative, and adept at multi-tasking.
