Minimalist is much more than "just" an eCommerce store specializing in the design and manufacturing of bespoke watches and jewelry. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown to be a community of design enthusiasts of several hundred thousand people - and we're looking to grow the team that makes this possible further. We also entered the conventional retail space in 2023 and are now a hybrid company, represented both in eCommerce and boutiques.
We are currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join us.
Duties:
Identify, approach, and build meaningful relationships with influencers and other content creators
Plan & strategize influencer management campaigns and processes
Measure & optimize engagement and return-on-investment for influencer initiatives
Conduct in-depth market & competitor analysis on collaboration and influencer developments
Formulate and implement influencer & content-related KPIs
Cross-department communication and rapport building to enable holistic company-wide marketing initiatives
Review and report respective metrics and achievements
Responsibilities:
At least 2, preferably 4 years of experience in influencer/content-related roles in eCommerce business or startups;
At least 2 years of work experience as a UAE resident;
Experience and existing connections into the influencer & content creator sphere;
Ideally experience with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field;
Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a considerable advantage.
