As an ICQA Researcher you will be assigned to Inventory will work closely with the Inbound and Inventory Operations team in efforts to provide data support for OE initiatives, root cause investigation of inbound defects, support for implementation of systems changes such as FIFO and comingled inventory and menu administration. The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and ability to develop a subject matter expertise on all operations processes in their assigned department.
Key job responsibilities
Development of data collection processes and data management systems
• Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
• Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
• Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
• In depth research of defect trends
• Data collection and entry as needed
• Data mining and problem solving
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Possessing of an excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy Initiative to develop tools, data collection processes and data management systems Ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting Ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives Intermediate to advanced SQL skills preferred
