Serve as the primary liaison with Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization and company’s work environment.
Negotiate labor agreements and manage labor relations to ensure a harmonious workplace.
HR Information Systems (HRIS):
• Oversee the implementation and management of Oracle HCM to streamline HR processes.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle HCM.
Organizational Development:
Develop organizational development strategies to enhance company performance and employee satisfaction.
Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
Conflict Resolution:
• Mediate conflicts and disputes within the organization, ensuring fair and impartial resolution. • Provide training and resources for conflict resolution to managers and employees.
Legal Advisory:
Provide legal advice to management on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with UAE
labor laws.
Work with legal counsel on complex employment issues and litigation as needed.
Community Engagement:
• Develop and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
• Foster relationships with community organizations and represent the company at community
