Job title : Human Resource Manager

Job Location : Dubai/Riyadh

Salary: AED 18,000 - 21,000 per month

Number of years of Experience: 7 – 10yrs

Report to : CEO

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage all core HR Department areas, Recruitment, Payroll, Training and Development and Exit Interview process.

2) Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

3) Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

4) Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

5) Conducting performance and wage reviews.

6) Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

7) Creating clear and concise reports.

8) Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

9) Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

10) Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

11) Leading a team of junior human resource managers.

***Retail industry experience will be preferred***
