We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our human resources team in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. In this role, you’ll assist with:
Recruitment processes
Employee onboarding and training initiatives
HR administration, including maintaining records and assisting with performance evaluations.
Requirements
Understanding of HR Principles
Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and candidates.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track applicants, and maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Any previous exposure to recruitment, resume screening, or interview coordination can be a plus.
Basic skills in data entry and an understanding of how to analyze HR metrics can enhance contributions.
