The HR Executive will manage key HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and data-driven reporting. This role ensures smooth HR processes, efficient use of ERP systems, and fosters an engaging and positive workplace culture.


Payroll Management:


  • Process and validate payroll transactions ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Manage payroll through Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for timely salary disbursement and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Recruitment:


  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-based resume screening tools for efficient hiring.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

HR Operations:


  • Maintain digital employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
  • Manage HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) for real-time employee data tracking.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, contracts, and compliance reports.
  • Address and resolve employee queries through HR helpdesk tools and chatbots

Employee Engagement:


  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a collaborative work environment.
  • Organize recognition programs and foster a culture of positivity and inclusion.

 Reports and Analysis:


  • Generate and analyze HR reports using Oracle HCM, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Provide data-driven insights on turnover, engagement, headcount, and workforce trends.
  • Support strategic decision-making through predictive HR analytics.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:


  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to payroll, recruitment, and operations.

Skills:




Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems (Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools & ATS (LinkedIn Talent Insights, HireVue, Greenhouse)
Strong expertise in HR analytics & reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel)
Understanding of HR compliance, payroll regulations, and labor laws
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture
