The HR Manager will be responsible for driving recruitment, employee relations, training, and talent development. Additionally, the role will ensure a positive work environment and adherence to UAE labor laws.

• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
• Drive employee relations, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring a supportive, respectful work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness and align with company goals.
• Manage employee performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, hotel policies, and maintain a safe, inclusive workplace for all staff.
• Plan and deliver training and development programs to improve staff skills, competencies, and service standards.
