Job Description:
IBC Group is a leading blockchain and crypto advisory firm, committed to providing innovative solutions and insights in the rapidly evolving crypto space. We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Expert to join our dynamic team and drive our marketing and sales automation to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Optimize HubSpot: Oversee the daily use and management of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it is utilized to its fullest potential.
Automation and Workflows: Create and manage complex workflows, automation processes, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity within HubSpot, including data imports, exports, and cleaning up duplicate records.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate comprehensive reports on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and new features.
Integration Management: Handle integrations between HubSpot and other tools or platforms used by the company.
Campaign Management: Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives through HubSpot.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a HubSpot Expert or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead management processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, automation, and segmentation. Exceptional communication and training skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with integrations and API usage. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
HubSpot certification(s). Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. Familiarity with other marketing automation tools. Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices.
