Job Description
Duration: 2 months (starting from 5th December)
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Off
Location: Office premises (Renovation site)
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervision:
- Oversee all renovation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments during construction hours.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to local construction and real estate safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly HSE reports to the management.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and implement safety protocols for emergencies, including evacuation procedures.
- Address and resolve on-site safety issues promptly.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with contractors, site workers, and project managers to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide guidance and training to workers on safe practices.
- Incident Management:
- Investigate incidents or near misses and recommend preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HSE roles within construction, real estate, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices in renovation projects.
- Knowledgeable and assertive personality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
