HSE Officer (Night Shift) - Own Visa

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
  
• Conduct daily inspections to identify any potential hazards, unsafe conditions, or violations of safety regulations.
  
• Support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures specific to the project site.
  
• Provide training to site personnel on safety practices and emergency procedures.
  
• Oversee and monitor safety equipment, PPE usage, and adherence to HSE policies.
  
• Conduct incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Participate in risk assessments and suggest necessary improvements.
  
• Act as a point of contact during night shifts for any safety-related issues or concerns on-site.
  

Requirements:

• Certification: NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction field in the UAE.
  
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
    
  • Good communication skills for training and reporting.
    
  • Ability to work independently on night shifts and make swift, effective decisions.
