HSE Executive Officer

Purpose of the job:

HSE Executive Officer is responsible for ensuring that the compliance of health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintains a safe working environment for employees and visitors. Their primary role is to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental damage by implementing and monitoring effective safety procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

HSE Audit &amp Compliances:

- Implementing&nbsp health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs within the organization.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp -&nbsp Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of the workplace to identify potential hazards, safety violations, and environmental risks.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp -&nbsp Drive continuous improvement to ensure to reduce the manhours loss due to accident / near miss in the assigned locations.

Workplace Accident &amp Documentation

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp -&nbsp Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

&middot &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp -&nbsp Responsible for emergency response in case of any accidental/ near miss emergency, follow protocols, communicate with the internal/ external stake holders, and ensure the Internal as well as regulatory compliance during emergencies.

Requirements:

- 55 years of experience in similar field

- Experience of dealing with Dubai/Shj Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defence etc.

- HSE certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc)
