Requirements : Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE within drilling rig operations. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both onshore and offshore drilling rig operations. NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent certification is required. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Job Descriptions : Conduct a comprehensive HSE assessment and interviews to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Develop an HSE coaching plan tailored to the specific needs of the drilling rig operations. Set clear objectives, targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the coaching program. Provide hands-on guidance and support. Conduct regular hazard hunt activities and rectify potential hazards. Offer one-on-one mentoring sessions to address specific HSE concerns and challenges faced by personnel. Conduct Time Out for Safety (TOFS) for rig crews after identifying behavioral issues. Implement behavioral safety programs to encourage safe work practices and attitudes. Promote a positive safety culture through regular communication, recognition, and reinforcement of safe behaviors. Organize specific safety campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness and engage personnel in HSE activities. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the HSE coaching program through regular reviews and feedback. Measure progress against the set KPIs and adjust the coaching plan as needed. Prepare periodic performance reports for management to highlight achievements and areas for improvement.
