About the job:
You, as HRBP for Service operations (SOP) at Alfa Laval MEA, will support and inspire management by pro-actively driving organizational, leadership, talent and competence development to stay competitive/attractive for people and to create customer value.
- Support organizational, people and leadership development, and deploy people plan to support the business plan and growth of the respective businesses in line with people plan.
- Support business management team in enhancing individual and team performance so that the organization can achieve their current and future business objectives.
- Be part of Service Operations management team and contribute to development and execution of strategy and other projects and activities.
- Support Leadership development and team development activities to grow the capabilities and performance in the organization and deploy and adapt the learning and development strategy.
- Coach, challenge and support managers and facilitate the culture change with the appropriate guidance.
- Support manager in Talent Review, resource planning, organizational effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition COE team to fulfil the requirements of the business.
- Work closely with the Talent Development COE to define the development / Training needs of the team, plan for execution and tracking development & effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Compensation & Benefit Center of Excellence to ensure the team is placed appropriately & in alignment with Compensation philosophy of Alfa Laval.
- Drive the Performance Management process followed up with Merit Increase process for the business line along with Business Leaders & Business Managers.
- Responsible to drive the Employee Engagement Survey (VOICE) process for the business division including action planning.
- Drive the Campus Recruitment Program along with Talent Acquisition COE.
- Participate in People process like Talent Acquisition, Competence Development, Talent & Succession Management, Performance Management and Annual Merit Increase cycles.
- Participate in the business growth process from people standpoint.
What you know:
- Management Graduate in Human Resources
- Human resources management with minimum of 8 -12 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist related areas
- Experience in managing Blue Collar workforce is expected
- Knowledge of labor laws in UAE, KSA is mandatory
- Good knowledges in HR development, change management
- Experience from multi - national environment within a matrix organization
- Capabilities to make the right balance between challenge and support
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English, Arabic is a plus
